ABOUT Ruth Pearce

Ruth Pearce is the CEO of Pearce Insights and ALLE LLC. Ruth started her career as an Economist at a London Stockbroker but quickly discovered a knack for getting things done. She was the quintessential accidental project manager. In 2016, after 25 years of project management in Financial Services, State Government, and non-profits, Pearce burned out spectacularly. She realized it was time for a new direction and having been a leader who coached, and having had leaders who coached throughout her career, Pearce began to explore the world of coaching.

Initially she focused on a 1:1 life and executive coach, but found her real passion when she started coaching groups and teams. Having published a book on team building in 2018, Pearce was drawn into training and speaking which led to a move to Durham, NC.

Today as a coach and speaker, Pearce helps people increase their influence and self-mastery, and transform their experiences through hope, strengths, bravery, and curiosity. Her new book, Be Hopeful, Be Strong, Be Brave, Be Curious: How Coaching Can Help You Get Out of Your Own Way and Create A Meaningful Life, is all about these topics, and written for people who want to understand how coaching can help them.   Qualifications & recognition: (Ruth’s note: I don't suggest we use all the qualifications etc. But in case there is something interesting in there she included them)
