After a tough sprint session at the University of Arkansas, I first met eight-time Olympic medalist Veronica Campbell-Brown. Little did I know that I'd spend the next 14 years supporting her fantastic career, where'd she'd make Olympic history as one of two women ever to win the 200m gold medal in back-to-back Olympics.

In 2010, Coach Fisher hired me onto his staff and had the difficult task of taking over for the legendary football coach Bobby Bowden. In three short years, Florida State was back on top as ACC and Orange Bowl Champions. It was one of the most challenging and fulfilling three years in my sports career.

As the Director of Sports Science for the Houston Texans (NFL), I returned to my home state of Texas and implemented the first sports science program in team history.
Presidential Leadership Scholars
In 2019, I was selected as a member of the class of Presidential Leadership Scholars, a first-of-its-kind program run by the Presidential Centers of George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and Lyndon B. Johnson. The program brings together a diverse network of leaders to collaborate and make a difference in the world as they learn about leadership through the lens of presidential experiences.
