ABOUT PRATIK PATEL

Pratik Patel is a Health and Performance Coach to high performers in the real world.  He is also a consultant to sports teams, startups, and VC groups in the human performance realm.

For the past 20 years, he has studied nutrition, fitness, recovery, and the interplay between these and health and performance.

He has spent the past 12 years implementing his knowledge with athletes in the team setting, most recently as an Assistant Coach with the New York Giants as the Director of Performance Nutrition and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach in charge of all things nutrition, hydration, supplementation, sleep, and recovery related to health and performance.

Patel is a Registered Dietitian and board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
