In this episode, health & performance coach Peter Tierney reveals how to integrate subjective measures like mood, stress and motivation with wearable tech data to truly understand what’s going on in your body. Peter draws from his experience working with elite athletes and as a senior researcher in the performance apparel industry. He shares smart insights on key metrics to focus on, why mismatches between feelings and data are valuable, managing load based on your phase of training, tools for assessing readiness to train, and more.
