Ep. 420 | How I Gained 4.5lbs of Muscle & Almost No Fat at 43


As we age, we lose muscle mass and strength. But how quickly this happens is 100% up to you. It depends on your training, nutrition, sleep, etc.

I've spent the past 7 months trying to add more muscle to my 43-year-old frame while trying to minimize gaining fat.

Today, I detail how I added about 4.5 lbs of muscle with negligible fat during this period.
