Ep. 240 | Flexible Dieting, Forbidden Foods, and the All or Nothing Mindset with Alan Aragon

Nutrition research and educator Alan Aragon joins me to discuss Flexible Dieting - a research-based, field-tested approach to achieving your dietary and physical goals. Alan and I discuss the Flexible Dieting continuum and how this nondichotomous methodology facilitates better individualization and long-term adherence. We also discuss “forbidden foods” and how this all-or-nothing mindset can lead to overindulgence.
